505 – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£20k - £25k basic + Commission + benefits + training and Development + Holidays and Pension.

OTE Year 1 (£35k per annum) - Commission is banded and uncapped.

Based in Southampton / Hamble – Free Parking!

Our client, a fun, fast moving company in Southampton is looking for a trainee Recruitment consultant to join them!  Join my client as a TRAINEE RECRUITER. You will receive fantastic training from day one from team leaders who won’t want you to fail and will want to see you be the best you can be!

So don’t worry about not having experience!

To be considered:

• You must have a strong, well-written CV.
• A good level of education
• Be able to travel to Hamble /Southampton daily
• Have a keen interest and understanding of recruitment and building a career in the industry

The successful person would be given live jobs from day 1 to work on and would be assigned their own accounts there will be occasions where a volume order comes in, that roles will be split to ensure there is best delivery possible.
