Essential Skills of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
All candidates must have experience as a Recruitment Consultant in which you have been responsible for business development (not just resourcing).

- - Candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management within the role of Recruitment Consultant
- - Quantifiable sales performance as a Recruitment Consultant where you have been on or above target
