512 - Protection Adviser / Sales Adviser

Based in Wolverhampton

£20k - £25k basic + Commission, OTE - £50k per annum + benefits, Commutable office, Inbound leads + Training and Development, Holidays and Pension

Reports to Sales Manager

Minimum hours of work are 9.30am to 7:30pm Monday to Wednesday, 9.30am to 6pm Thursday and 9.30am to 4.30pm Friday.

 

Our client, a life insurance and protection company based in Central Wolverhampton is looking for advisors to handle all their inbound queries from their call centre.  You will get a very realistic OTE more than £50,000 (£30,000 – £40,000 in year one), is made up of a competitive salary and fantastic commissions & bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve Monthly sales targets advising Clients on all types of protection, Life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection etc.
  • Able to generate new business through B2C sales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

 

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Sales, or high-volume call centre experience – if you are an exceptional customer service individual, you could be considered too!
  • Self-motivation, confidence, ambition, and a good positive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly!
