Sales Executive

Based in Wolverhampton

£20k - £25k per annum / Office Based (Commutable) / OTE £50k per annum

Based in Wolverhampton City centre we are easily assessable by public transport, there is free parking, and you are close to all amenities

Hours: 9.30 am – 7.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday

 

Our client, a B2C financial services company is looking for salespeople to join their growing team. The office is laid back, friendly, a great atmosphere to work in and very goal orientated and month on month, they are smashing new targets. Your Role:

· Inbound and Outbound calls to people looking to buy the services required.

· We are looking at candidates with the right attitude and the aptitude to learn.

· You will be taking and making inbound and outbound calls, so a friendly telephone manner is essential.

· You will be provided with plenty of leads, appointments, and administrative support so you can concentrate on building rapport with customers.

· If you feel that you can follow set processes and are self-aware enough to question how you do things so that you can continuously improve, whilst having a great work ethic, being resilient, have a growth mindset and are open to learning, being persistent and positive in the face of rejection, this is for you.

· To achieve monthly sales targets advising clients on all types of financial services

· Able to generate new business through B2C sales.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

 

You will be:

· A great team player who enjoys a fast-paced environments

· Experienced in some phone-based sales - either B2B or B2C or direct sales

· You will be results driven

· Able to work alone or as part of a small team

· Self-motivated, commercially savvy

· Adaptable and fast thinking
