Location – Winchester (Driver required for this role!)
My client, a growing market leader in their industry is looking for a new business executive to drive growth and profitability into their business. This is 100% new business role and a sales professional who is resilient, strategic and has a passion for talking sports and working within sporting arenas.

Your responsibilities will be:
To promote and sell the full range of solutions to cold and warm prospects on their CRM
To consistently hit targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager
To work closely with other team members to develop the sales structure including case studies and up-selling / cross selling where required.
To proactively follow up inbound leads from the marketing team and ensure they are handled professionally and feed back to marketing successes.
To update the CRM effectively & relay success and learns to the sales manager
To feedback all opportunities and competitor information regularly
To assist with all other areas of the business if need be!
This business team works well together for the good of clients’ business growth and aiding in all departments as required is a requirement!
Skill and Behavioural requirements:
At least 2 years in a B2B role sales role with proven examples of where you have won new business and can manage your pipeline
Experience of MS Office and use of CRMs
A friendly and customer focused personality with a desire to win new business
Competitive nature to perform the best you can in your sales capacity
Adaptability to aid the business in their overall business goals!
