351 - Senior Recruiter – Accountancy and Finance / Commercial 

Based in Southampton – Commutable 

Salary up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Package + Car - Audi or BMW/Allowance + Free Parking + Career progression + Mobile + Use of the company holiday homes. 

You’re already a successful and established recruiter and you really know your market. Your clients think highly of you and your candidates love you, but something is missing.......... Due to the continued success and growth of this agencies Finance division, they are looking to recruit a Business Manager or Senior recruiter to play a key role in the next phase of the company’s growth. 

They are looking for highly ambitious individuals who are passionate about enhancing their careers within the financial recruitment sector which is highly lucrative and prestigious.  The sector also presents a wealth of opportunity to advance your career and specialise due to the breadth of roles within the finance space.  

This is a key role for the financial recruitment team and will form a pivotal part of our succession planning strategy where upon there will be future opportunities to develop into a senior leadership role as the division continues to grow nationally.
