Based in Commutable Portsmouth - Free Parking

£18k - £30k per annum / OTE £45k per annum  - Must Drive to visit clients as required

My client, an award-winning recruitment agency in the education and training sector are looking for a new recruitment consultant to join their team due to growth after smashing their targets for another year on the trot and becoming a household name in their industry.  They have a vacancy within our team taking over a new business area in need of further development within a niche area of their business.   Ideally, they would like to attract someone with education recruitment experience; however, the role would suit someone who has a history of recruiting professionals. 

You must also be outgoing, friendly, articulate and hold a sense of pride in all the tasks you would undertake as an education recruitment consultant.  There are plenty of opportunities within the company for a successful recruitment consultant to climb the career ladder. 

The following are essential to be considered for the role: - 

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a suitable recruitment sector.
  • A solid career history: evidenced by staying with the same employer for a number of years. 
  • A track record of success pushing your business area forward. 

Only applicants that can fulfil these criteria will be considered.
