The opportunity: Are you a recruiter that has worked within an account management / delivery or 360 position and has extensive knowledge of the recruitment process (perm or contract market) but wants more opportunity to deliver into exciting clients without the need to 'cold call' or Business Develop.

My client is on the look-out for you to be a delivery consultant / lead to help fill lots of roles within existing clients within their beautiful, professional offices based in Basingstoke.  Working within a strong team of 15, this is a non-BD role with a focus on building relationships with hiring managers within existing clients and fulfilment of roles.

• This is a really exciting opportunity to fill an extremely lucrative void for them and more importantly money to be made for you.
• This is a permanent role working as delivery / Recruitment Consultant delivering senior candidates from various sectors into existing accounts.
• You will have freedom and be involved in assisting hiring managers and developing accounts.
• The placements are high value and to an existing list of fantastic PSL clients who are snapping up best talent in the marketplace.
• Managing and nurturing the relationship within various accounts and delivering into this account
• Organise and maintain a strong relationship with clients within IT / Technical Life Cycle Recruitment (Desirable)
