Working Hours 08.00-16.30 hrs - (Lunch Break ½ Hour)

My client, a manufacturing client, with a fantastic customer-centric culture based in Bognor Regis is looking for a project and sales administrator to provide support in the post-sale activity. The day-to-day role will be varied in a friendly, supportive technical team and as the role develops you will get more responsibility. Its integral to the smooth day to day running of­­­ job works.

  • You will have strong relationships with all engineers and communicate well with them
  • Compilation of all orders on the system and all paperwork relating to them
  • Process Orders including supply, training, and fire assessment
  • Scheduling of engineering and diaries and ordering materials for all small works
  • Arrangement of site equipment and arranging for collection by the engineers
  • Working closely with the Projects Coordinator to manage emergency in-hours breakdowns
  • Maintaining and further developing relationships with existing customers
  •  Providing administrative support for the sales team to including quotes and quote templates
  • Responding to and following up all enquiries using the appropriate methods in a timely manner.
  • Managing the Sales & Info email inboxes and maintaining the Company database.

You will have/be:

  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • A self-starter, able to operate on your own initiative to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to apply practical thinking in problem solving.
  • An ability to adapt in an evolving work environment.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • The ability to maintain consistently high standards and promote the Company’s core values.
  • A flexible attitude to working hours and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • A passion for project management and seeing projects start to finish!

Key Skills:

  • 3 years in an administrative role where you were communicating in all areas of the business
  • Confident on the phone liaising with clients as required
  • CRM experience & Office 365 including Excel and Word – Access would be advantageous!
  • Desirable – experience in a technical environment / Reading CAD Drawings etc
