328 - New Sales Executive
£22k per annum + Bonus – Additional £12k per annum
Based in Portsmouth
Reporting to Sales Manager
My client, a recognised leader in their sector is looking for new business people to drive profitability and client growth within a medium sized team selling into the B2B environment.

- Lead generation & research to find and win new potential and prospective clients
- Use initiative to source potential new business and develop relationships to maximise revenue potential
- Call lapsed businesses to re-generate relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Strong mentality to exceed all assigned KPI’s and objectives
- Manage customers’ expectations and active listen to their requirements
- Follow up quotations and ensure customers have the correct information
- Uncover opportunities to cross-sell all services within this industry.
- Be a positive and enthusiastic team member
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience in word, excel and preferably using a CRM system
- Good organisational and planning skills

- Previous experience within a B2B sales role is essential and product knowledge training will be given.
Job Type: Full-time – office hours
Salary: £20,000.00 / year £12,000 Realistic OTE Uncapped
