Junior Estimator / Graduate Manufacturing / Office Junior - Havant / Emsworth (PO7 - 10)

Title:                         Junior Estimator / Office Junior / Sales Support / Graduate (Manufacturing) 

Reports to:             Senior Estimator

Based in                   Havant / Waterlooville 

Salary                       £16k - £20k + benefits + Free Parking + Learning and Development       

My client, a manufacturing firm is looking for an office junior to join them on their estimating and quotations team. This role provides accurate, technically compliant and timely quotations to customers and distributors.

Day to Day Duties: 

• Evaluate requests for quotes and look at best solutions to quote for clients 
• Prepare and review quotations issued to ensure accurate and complete based on information and drawings provided.
• Work with Senior estimator to ensure quotes are as agreed by the business based on product type and market sold to. 
• Highlight major projects to management for pricing review.
• Evaluate customers needs and ensuring the most relevant/cost effective solution for each enquiry is provided.
• Accurate and timely completion of project information to the CRM system to provide visability of quotations to the wider business.
• Develop customer relationships with repeat customers and distributors.
• Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary

Essential:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel)
• Good customer service & communication skills
