This client, a respected and forward-thinking resourcing consultancy whose client base are enterprise household names and whose roles range from mid-level to executive IT and Technical roles looking for a senior recruitment leader to join them to oversee all resourcing functions of their business.

 

Ultimately this role is critical to the success of their company and only the highest calibre recruitment leaders should apply.

 

  • The role exists to deliver against the resourcing requirements of all of their clients.
  • You will ensure the priority roles are adequately covered by candidates by managing the resourcing team, matching enough candidates - of the right quality - in the right timeframe.
  • The business is growing steadily, and this position will play a key part in facilitating that growth through the hiring and training of new delivery consultants.
  • You will be tasked with ownership of tools, people, and processes within Resource Delivery and success will ultimately be measured against monthly and annual placement targets.

 

Your Profile:

  • White collar recruitment experience, ideally in the more complex technical disciplines up to a senior level
  • Leadership experience of running teams of 5-10, and managing output to sales/revenue targets on a short cycle (e.g. weekly) targets and coaching
  • An aptitude and interest in the content of what we deliver to clients – and the impact that data, analytics, automation, and marketing can make to business
  • An attention to detail and be able to drive that through the team – confronting difficult conversations if necessary
  • A knowledge of the latest recruitment technologies would be an advantage but not essential
