Manufacturing Customer Services 

Up to £30k DOE

My client, a manufacturing company based in Hampshire has a requirement for a Customer Service / Co-Ordinator to facilitate and co-ordinate their export and national orders. 

  • This role is to facilitate business, respond to distributor's and clients requirements to support ongoing business, communicate effectively to resolve issues, improve service and minimise delays.
  • To help manage specified Distributor Markets, maximising sales and profitability for the organisation
  • You should be available to commit to this 12 month contract which potentially could become permanent.   
  • You will work closely with internal departments including Supply Chain / Customer Service and Sales to solve problems, troubleshoot and ensure that business flows
  • Deal with all export or logistics documents required
  • Facilitate business, respond to distributors' requirements to support ongoing business
  • Communicate effectively to resolve issues, improve service and minimise delays  
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and analysis on the International business 
  • Be a key focus of effective communication between distributors andcompany regional offices
  • Receive all orders from distributors, check once on the system and manage the process to be sure they are sent on time. 

Your skills will include: 

  • Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Strong communication skills, willingness to regularly communicate with International distributors, build relationships through meetings, telephone calls and via e-mail as required. 
  • Listening and selling ability
  • Desire and commitment to provide first class service to our distributors
  • Flexibility to adapt to short term changes in business / trading conditions.
