My client, a global executive search and recruitment company based in Southampton is looking for a delivery consultant to find people for jobs in the renewable energy sector.  They are a customer and people centric business who believes in ethical recruitment, and they give a proportion of all profits to Renewable World, a charity at the heart of what they do!

What will you be doing?

• Headhunting job seekers from all four corners of the world.
• Conducting thorough candidate interviews by phone and video to assess their fit for the role
• Guiding candidates through psychometric behavioural assessments
• Consulting and advising job seekers to ensure they are fully prepared for the role
• Job offers and negotiations
• Conducting background reference checks
