398 - Business Development Executive
Based in Southampton
£22k - £24k per annum / Office Based / Immediate Start – OTE £50k per annum
My Client, a business service organisation (logistics) company based in Southampton are looking for a BDE to join their fast-growing company at an exciting time of expansion. You will be an integral part of a small, but very dynamic and collaborative team
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound B2B warm leads through from partnership companies
- Explaining services and the onboarding process
- Acting as an adviser and expert on all of the logistical services they offer to companies with the intention of closing these new opportunities
- Up-selling and cross selling into existing customers by phone, video and demos
- You will be dealing with senior level directors & business owners, therefore experience working at a higher level of client is essential & confidence in approaching these DM is imperative to your success
You will be:
- A solution focused salesperson who wants to work in a no-scripted, self-motivated and driven workplace (this is not call centre methodology!)
- Have a hybrid experience of new business and account management.
- Results driven and financially motivated as there are excellent, realistic earning potentials in this role.
- Have at least 2 years 360 sales cycle experience where you are closing deals, managing your own sales pipeline & are a natural success manager for clients.
